TeamLog は、会議の議事録・タスク・つないだツールの情報をまとめて記憶する AI チームメイトです。 Slack と連携すると、議事録やタスクの通知が Slack に届き、過去の議論を DM で聞けるようになります。
スマートフォンからインストールする場合、Slack の認証画面でワークスペースの URL 入力を求められます。 PC から実行することをおすすめします。

TeamLog とは
TeamLog は、チームの会議とやりとりを記憶して、あとから引き出せるようにする AI チームメイトです。
Google Meet の会議は Chrome 拡張が文字起こしを記録し、終わると議事録とタスクができています。 Slack・Notion・Jira・Confluence・GitHub・HubSpot・Google Sheets などをつなぐと、 それらの情報も横断して参照できるようになります。
Slack はこの記憶の「入り口」と「届け先」の 1 つです。 Slack 連携だけでも使えますし、Web 版や Chrome 拡張と組み合わせても使えます。

過去の議論を DM で聞く
TeamLog の Bot に DM で質問すると、過去の会議・Slack の会話・つないだツールを横断して答えます。回答には出典が付くので、元の発言をすぐ確認できます。

議事録とタスクが Slack に届く
Google Meet の会議が終わると、議事録とそこから抽出したタスクが Slack の DM に届きます。タスクは担当者ごとに振り分けられ、期限が近づくとリマインドが届きます。

決めた時刻に AI が動いて報告する
「毎朝 9 時に未完了タスクをまとめて」のようなルーチンを設定すると、その時刻に AI が実行して結果を Slack に届けます。

- チャンネルに出すのは、自分でチャンネルを選んだときだけです
Slack だけでなく、つないだツールをまたいで答えます
Notion・Jira・Confluence・GitHub・HubSpot・Google Sheets・Google カレンダーを連携すると、Slack で聞いたときに参照できる範囲が広がります。
どのツールを参照した回答でも、出典を添えて返します。 連携していないツールの情報が回答に混ざることはありません。
TeamLog が Slack にメッセージを送るタイミング
TeamLog が Slack に投稿するのは、以下の場合だけです。それ以外に自動投稿することはありません。

チャンネルへの投稿は、ルーチンの届け先としてチャンネルを明示的に指定した場合と、 データベースオートメーションで宛先を設定した場合に限られます。 Bot が招待されていないチャンネルに投稿することはありません。

Google カレンダーを連携すると、会議の予定と議事録が結び付きます。Chrome 拡張を追加すると、Google Meet の文字起こしを記録できます。チームの議論を記憶させたいチャンネルには TeamLog Bot を招待します（Bot が読み取るのは、招待されたチャンネルだけです）。
権限とデータの扱い
- あなたの代わりに行う検索・読み取りは、常にあなた自身の Slack 権限で実行されます。 あなたが Slack で見られない内容を TeamLog が見せることはありません。
- Bot が読み取るのは、明示的に招待されたチャンネルだけです。
- お客様のデータを AI モデルの学習に使うことはありません。
- ワークスペースのデータはワークスペース単位で分離しています。
- 通信は SSL/TLS で暗号化し、保管データと OAuth トークンは暗号化して保存します。

What TeamLog is
TeamLog is an AI teammate that builds and retrieves your team's organizational memory. It records Google Meet meetings through a Chrome extension, turns them into minutes and tasks, and connects tools such as Slack, Notion, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, HubSpot and Google Sheets so that information can be searched across all of them.
How it integrates with Slack
Slack is one of the places where that memory is delivered and queried.
- Ask in DM — Send a direct message to the TeamLog bot and it answers using past meetings, Slack conversations and connected tools. Searches run with the requesting user's own Slack token, so results never exceed what that user can already see in Slack. Answers include source references.
- Receive meeting minutes and tasks — When a Google Meet meeting has been transcribed and processed, TeamLog sends the minutes and the extracted tasks as a DM to the relevant participants.
- Scheduled routines — Users can schedule an AI routine (for example, "summarize open tasks every weekday at 9am"). Results are delivered to the creator's DM, or to a channel the user explicitly selected.
When TeamLog posts to Slack
TeamLog posts only on these triggers: immediately after installation (onboarding guidance), after a meeting transcript is processed, on task reminders from the daily check, when a task is created or reassigned, when a scheduled routine runs, when a database automation fires, when monthly usage approaches its limit, when a user sends the bot a DM, and when the TeamLog team sends a product announcement. It does not post at any other time.
Channel posts occur only where a user has explicitly selected a channel as the destination for a routine or a database automation. The bot never posts to channels it has not been invited to.
What the bot responds to
- Direct messages to the TeamLog bot — the AI assistant replies in the same DM.
- Opening the app's Home tab — the tab is refreshed with the user's tasks and meetings.
- Buttons inside TeamLog messages — completing a task, changing alert settings, and similar.
- 👍 / 👎 reactions on routine result messages — recorded as feedback on that execution.
The app does not respond to @-mentions in channels. It has no user-level message event subscriptions.
Permissions and data
- Reads and searches performed on a user's behalf always use that user's own OAuth token — never the bot token as a fallback, and never another user's token.
- The bot reads only channels it has been explicitly invited to.
- Customer data is never used to train AI models.
- Workspace data is isolated per workspace.
- AI-generated answers, summaries and minutes may contain errors. Please verify important information against the original meeting records or Slack messages.
